Give Yourself a Break
If it does occur that you trip up a little bit you should not beat yourself up. This will just make you feel stressed all the more and so you'll end up excusing yourself from dieting and working out. Just get back to work where you were and then try to make it longer and longer in between each time that you make a mistake.

Instead of obsessing on the fact that you are getting fat, it's time that you start to exercise and practice a healthy diet.
